The entire process of selling my home couldn’t have gone smoother. Liza was my first contact via phone. They did not contact the HOA for a Resale Certificate nor did they remit the transfer fee nor any documents from closing. They accepted a statement of account from the seller who evidently did not provide them with all the necessary information. The property has a new owner which is a company and we have no idea on how to contact them and did not receive any of the HOA documents. Stewart Title should know better than this.
