Stop! This title company is the worst I Have ever dealt with. If you hire this company get ready to do all their work for them. They dont do anything but email you daily requesting info they are supposed to look up! Who is your HOA and phone number? Whats the account number. What survey company do you what to use? Who is the lien holder on the Mortgage with address, account number and phone number. Then they will slow walk you through the entire. The will ask for money to overnight express documents to make the closing date.... read more
