It is a completely scam company. My claim is pending with them from more than a month. You can be surprised by their argument & demand for the approval. Let me tell you few: 1. The claims counsel said that "sub-division plan was created without actual survey of the land". It is a complete non-sense & impossible situation. A sub-division plan is always based on a survey & needs approval of the county. Accordingly my sub-division plan also have seal & signature of the land surveyor. 2.
