Unprofessional service – UNPROFESSIONAL service!! NOT A TEAM-PLAYER!!! Gave me WRONG INFO.!!! There are many title companies, DON'T GO TO STEWART TITLE. I had to use them for my closing bec. the builder. I had some problems with my closing, some of it was my lender's fault. But my lender was apologetic and was doing all she could to help me close on the same day, but the Stewart Title (Nancy Third was my agent) told me she was going to try to squeeze me in betw. her appts. but that she WOULD NOT be staying late to help me ..... read more
never deal with this company! – Never deal with this company: as soon you will have problem with property they insure- they find out many reasons refuse to be on your side; they only counting incoming money and invest only for own lawyers who is great to set you up in case of minor problem. Prepare to file litigation against Stewart TIC (or agent who work through this company) to get them work on your side as they should be as they legally obligated by documents. Excellent Service – The employees here are extremely personable and are always helpful. I have done several closings here and will continue to use them for every transaction.
poor customer service – poor service. said ready to close and they don't even have figures. I show up to close and we re sorry we can't close called my lender.. seems they never sent in all documents needed... would not recommed them. I used them only because builder wrote Stewart title into the contract!
