Stewart Title Co is a great company to work with As a Realtor it's important to work with a professional and knowledgeable title company. There are many good companies in our area but Lori Wilkins and the staff and Stewart Title in Flower Mound are fantastic. They are always willing to answer any questions our clients may have and are very efficient.
Great escrow officers! Eileen is the best escrow officer. She is fast and knowledgeable and always available to assist. I really enjoyed working with her.
Terrible My expierence with this title company was the worse I have ever had. Money that I did gave them did not go towareds what they were suppose to go towards. Did not send the correct payoff amount to my mtg company even though they had the correct amount to pay them. Ended up cost me hunderds of dollars. Do not deal with this company

Too busy to help - Inefficient and Bad Customer Service Stewart Title (Glendale, Los Angeles) was nominated as the Escrow & Title Company by Fannie Mae in the sale of a Foreclosed Property. It took them over two weeks to prepare draft Escrow Instructions - their excuse being that they were overwhelmed with work. They NEVER returned calls (despite me leaving several voice mail messages) and the Escrow Officer concerned took at least 2-3 days to reply to my emails.
