Because of this the new ower now has a fraudulent title and I was never paid for a lien I have on file. This company will not discuss the issue with me to resolve. Instead I was told to get a lawyer. I will be representing myself as I have documentation of the lien and so does the County Clerks office Rio Rancho, NM. Check with the Better Business Bureau for more details.
