DO NOT USE THEM!!! We have been trying to buy a house and they have the title work held up. My mother in-law was murdered and in order to recover the recoverable depreciation we had to buy another house. We agreed to buy a friends house and since they had the title work done at Stewart when they bought their house we decided to keep it with them and close with them.
