Just had a land purchase. With this company they never called me not even when i left 2 messages.Was not informed as i thought I shouId have been . Thank goodness i had a wonderful realtor!! Karly Raney! I would not recommend this company.
Hi, my name is Esteban Baez and had a closing at Stewart Title Company and as a Listing Agent, I was extremely impressed with their professionalism, communication, helpfulness with resources, and they make you feel comfortable with the environment and complementary snacks.
I closed a transaction and had to constantly follow up to get my check. It's a week later and I still don't have it. If you choose to work with this title company and they give you the option of getting your funds by wire or check, make sure you request wire.
Beverly is the most knowledgeable, professional attribute to any company. She made me feel safe, secure and comfortable through my journey of closing on my first home, and for me that speaks volumes! Thank you Beverly for all you do daily!
