I have received services from Stewart Title Company two times. They were very professional in assisting me with the paperwork, keys, and appliance orders when I was moving into my home at Huning Ranch. They also did a favor for me and helped me to process a warranty deed because I couldnt make a meeting in Albuquerque. They have always been courteous and friendly and responded to my phone calls in a timely way. I am very pleased with their professionalism and reliability.

It never failed; everytime that we tried to get something we had to call and call call again. It doesnt make sense to me that these people have been in business so long and STILL have trouble doing their work. The employee that I have talked to (Britney) is very rude and not very customer service oriented. I just hope that someday they might make life easier for some other poor person.
In May of 2008 I was very exciting about building a home until I came across Stewart Title. I cant even begin to tell you about the nightmare and the lack of professional business I have experienced for last 6 months. I am still waiting for my title work to be process. So, if somebody mentions Stewart Title take your business elsewhere.
The best service Ive ever had with title and escrow.
