Had an issue with the court they built. Spoke to Matt Stewart and he sent his guys out and fixed the problems. Thanks
Stewart replaced our tennis courts following hurricane Ian in 2022. Subsequently we experienced damage to the courts from 2024 hurricane Milton and reached out to Stewart and have to date received no response after many attempts to reach them. Communication is key when dealing with contractors and for that reason Stewart isn't a company that I could recommend.
I had them build a tennis court for our family. Within 6 months, the court had parts that were sinking and cracks every where. I paid them in full. They have never returned my phone calls or emails.
I had Stewart Tennis build a court at the end of 2022. Within five months I started to get cracks and it was very difficult to get them to come out even though they swore that they would take care of it and it was covered under warranty. Eight months have gone by and my phone calls and emails were never returned. When I called the office, they just gave me empty promises and my last conversation was with them in December 2023 and they promised they would call and set up something to fix it in January. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! I live in Cresswind in Lakewood Ranch, and I have never seen such a disregard for correcting the mistakes made by this company when they originally installed our Pickleball courts. To add insult to injury, when they finally came out to fix their original installation mistakes (several months after promising to “be right out”) they lined the courts incorrectly.
