This is the spot I cleared to have a pickleball court installed. I signed a contract with Stewart Tennis Courts & Fencing, Inc. on August 20th, 2025 for the job. This included a $8,050 non-refundable deposit which we paid within a day. The contract specified no start or completion date. I live in Eustis, Florida within the city limits. 82 days later, on Nov. 10th, 2025, the owner of the company notified me they were coming to begin the project, no permit was ever filed with the city. Stewart Tennis Courts installed the nets ,fencing, and the finished paint surfaces for our existing asphalt tennis and pickle courts. They did a great job getting working with the existing asphalt that was less than perfect. The spent time to fill and level the low spots before completing the finish paint.
