I only gave them 4 stars because of the dock, it's not the most difficul, however is not easy too. Maybe locals come and park fast and easy, but if the unit is yours it's a little bit different, we avoid damages and try the best way "for us" when it's tight or difficult! 😉 The staff is amazing, they super professionals, polite and kind, all of them super nice, even those who were amused about our way to park jajajaja The time to load is not the best, but not the worst too. This is one of the best shipper/receiver I’ve worked with in a while. I loaded a very large oversize oven transport to a tradeshow. After the show I transported the same oven back to Plano Texas. They loaded me two hours early, The load was wrapped and ready to go when I got there. They helped put padding on top of the load, and use their crane to drape the tarp over the load.
