My dog injured her legand couldn't walk, another Vet in Bathurst told me they were booked out and couldn't help. These guys were also booked out, but squeezed us in and gave my dog the pain relief and treatment she needed. Thank for your efforts.

We have had 2 contacts with Megan Consadine helping us in the AI process for our 2 Poms. We found Megan to be knowledgeable, kind, proactive (attentive), respectful and reassuring. All great business attributes for the Stewart Street veterinary practice. We really appreciated Megan's work ethic. We look forward to working with Megan into the future. Michelle & Terry

One of the receptionists named Maddy with orange/red hair has horrendous customer service skills. The “veterinarians” James Hunter and Jasmin Hunter have no compassion or empathy for animals. They are in the wrong industry. I’ve never encountered someone so indifferent toward animals in urgent need of help.

Very disappointed with my experience at this clinic. The staff - especially James was rude and dismissive, and the level of professionalism from the doctors was shockingly poor. They confused my dog’s test results with another animal, which led to unnecessary stress and delays in proper care. When I asked for clarification, I was met with attitude instead of empathy or accountability. I won’t be returning and would not recommend this clinic to anyone who values clear communication and competent veterinary care.
