After being clients of stewart st vet for over 20 years with multiple animals, i rang after hours emergency when sons dog ( who had been client for many years) was attacked by another dog they refused to see the dog as we hadn't been to vet in 2 years. We had to drive to Blayney to be treated. It's still not sure if dog will survive. Absolutely bloody disgusting
My cat required 15 stitches. Hubby Collected after operation and my poor cat had pooh all over his bottom area I'm disappointed that staff didn't clean this area while he was under anaesthetic...he is such a clean cat and dislikes anything dirty. It is very difficult to clean a cat at anytime let alone when they are in pain. We are happy to pay the $714 dollars but they couldn't even clean his bottom area. We are travelling around in a caravan from Weipa and had a wonderful experience at Stewart St vets this morning. The vet was lovely and very thorough, even though we were only there for vaccinations he took the time to look at a few other things we were worried about and trimmed our doggos nails. The fee was very reasonable, I'd even say cheap, for the service provided.
Excellent experience every time we have taken our elderly dog to this place, regardless of the vet that has seen him, he has always improved in himself rather than handing out money for nothing, very reasonable as well, can't recommend them enough.
