I had a driver with a turbo issue, called Charles asked him if he could get us in because we were under a load and he needed to get back on the move. I needed a very small, low dollar part for an old Daewoo Mega 400 Loader. After speaking with 5 other registered Doosan dealers who decided it was too difficult or not worth their time, Mark Haukereid was the ONLY salesman that took the time to dig up old manuals, contact distributors, and work with me on the parts I need. This company will be my first call for Doosan and Daewoo parts.
I had to call and ask some questions, and both people were very nice and explained everything really well. The person I talked to the most was Charles and he was really helpful! He helped answer all of my questions and got part numbers for me!
Worst shop I've ever been in 10k and 2 weeks and truck still has the same problem as when I brought it in ...they are nothing but part swappers supposed to be a Detroit dealer they are useless and service manager Charles is a bold face lier..stay away from this place
