They were a vendor of ours for over a decade and then dropped us as a customer when we complained about a freight surcharge we incurred because of the length of the material (didn't ask for the money, just asked that all our stuff be cut in half or we would have to back-charge them). Keep in mind that they stopped handling any freight on their own unless it is on their truck, which is also annoying for a supplier to do. It was one of the most mind-blowing things I've ever experienced in business.
