Been pumping with them every year for 28yrs. The girls in the office are great and very accommodating and the dispatcher always fulfills my crazy requests. Their prices are reasonable and the lowest around. They have come out a few times at night and on the weekends for emergencies over the years **** very reliable.

This company has extremely poor customer **********************. I originally made an appointment with them and then cancelled because I was not impressed with their customer **********************. When they showed up for the pumping, that was cancelled, they wanted to charge me $95 for the call. They treated me like I was lying about cancelling. They certainly will not get my business and they obviously dont care.

I have not a clue how they have an A+ rating. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. They spilled septic while pumping and blamed us. Then after we had already sch. a pump install they came well after their window time and showed at 5ish and dark. They said they needed a truck and a part and they would be back. They never came back, never answered emergency number or messages left and their manager needs to take a course on how to control his temper. For years, I have used Stewart's Septic Service with no problems. Today is another story. My window for service was 8am to 12noon. around 9:30am they arrived. The first employee who I met had an attitude which I dismissed and continued to be polite. They started the job of pumping out our tank. Before the tank was empty and cleaned, their truck was full and they had to stop the job. I happened to be outside when they were removing the hoses.
