We brought our 2018 2500 HD into Stewart’s Automotive and, listen… if every mechanic shop was like this, the world would have fewer trust issues. From the first minute, they treated us like family — not the “we’ll call you back in 6-8 business weeks”. They’re humble, they’re kind, and they genuinely care about the work they do. Horrible service. Owner or not learn some Customer Service.
We have brought our vehicles here for different issues and they have always been courteous, fair and fast. They thoroughly researched what was going on with our vehicle to accurately diagnose the problem. They explained everything to us and were upfront about the cost to get it fixed.
THEY ARE THE BEST..... I have had my cars in there multiple times and they have been more than fair with me. I give them a 10 out of 10 any day. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
I was having some trouble with my car, and I called the store even though they already were closing up shop. They told me to bring it by anyways, and as they were looking at it they found what was the problem and helped solved it. Thanks to their help, I could drive from point A to point B perfect. Would recommend to anyone because of how much they care to help.
