He diagnosed the issue with my car, offered me a few options with reasonable prices, and did a great job carrying out the repair. The issue with excessive road noise was effectively addressed, and it's been a relief to be able to hear music and my own thoughts when I drive. Based on my positive initial experience, I plan to use Steve for my repairs going forward.
