Alan has worked on the construction and property management of my rental properties over the past 10 years. He continues to deliver projects on time and at a reasonable price. He is a very hands on owner of each and every project, regardless of the size and scope of the work. I will continue to use Stewart Remodeling for future projects.

Didn’t honor his guarantee to return and fix unfinished work. Left several minor things undone, found missed spots in paint, towel racks not installed, (he agreed to install them if I couldn’t) area behind a door that was left not dry-walled, threshold not installed. His worker was very lazy and unmotivated to work when Alan was not around. The worker even left a bag full of cut tile in my driveway. A one week job took 2 weeks. I’m surprised by Her review she recommended me to 3 other people kept my business sign in yard 2 weeks after Job was done contract payment on draws I have pictures of checks final payment was after walkthrough there was no garbage left in yard I have before and after pictures of bathroom she had a sink not draining we snaked it out at no charge she called weeks later to complain about it I called her back she said she got a plumber to replace pipe which was in no way part of the job I warranty all my work
