Got approved for a 2 bedroom. They told me I had plenty of time to get in all my paperwork. 2 days later I got a letter saying that my application was redacted for not turning in paperwork because something I sent them was in the wrong format. Which means they made the decision before the exchange telling me I had plenty of time.
