Weekly service is average and on time but I’ve noticed careless service that has marred my coping and coincidentally parts of my equipment stop working after services. On top of that their equipment/repair prices are astronomical compared to competitors. I would shop around before allowing this company to do repairs on your equipment/pool. Not only that, but they did a previous repair on my pool light but it just stopped working again after the very last visit of them coming to clean after I discontinued service.

My technician, Kaleb, is awesome. He consistently demonstrates a friendly and approachable demeanor, always smiling. Kaleb is very knowledgeable about pools and happy to answering questions i may have, providing excellent customer service. Since he started servicing my pool, I've noticed a significant improvement in the water quality. My pool is crystal clear at all times. Jeff recently repaired my pool replacing the coping, mastic and waterline tile. I was very impressed with the work and management of the whole process. Always kept me up to date schedule wise and communicated each step along the way. I would highly recommend getting a proposal from them if your looking to get your pool updated or repaired.
We had a great experience with Stewart Pools. We worked closely with Jeff who was amazing! Jeff went above and beyond to ensure the renovation of the pool and new decking was completed in just two weeks, in time for an outdoor graduation party. Chris was also very helpful with the installation of an auto fill system. Both Jeff and Chris kept in contact with us daily to keep us informed of the progress. I would highly recommend Stewart Pools to anyone looking for a pool renovation!
