Our technician, Jacob, does a tremendous job. He’s thorough, conscientious and very personable. I highly recommend Jacob and Stewart Pools!
Weekly service is average and on time but I’ve noticed careless service that has marred my coping and coincidentally parts of my equipment stop working after services. On top of that their equipment/repair prices are astronomical compared to competitors. I would shop around before allowing this company to do repairs on your equipment/pool. Not only that, but they did a previous repair on my pool light but it just stopped working again after the very last visit of them coming to clean after I discontinued service.

My technician, Kaleb, is awesome. He consistently demonstrates a friendly and approachable demeanor, always smiling. Kaleb is very knowledgeable about pools and happy to answering questions i may have, providing excellent customer service. Since he started servicing my pool, I've noticed a significant improvement in the water quality. My pool is crystal clear at all times.
