I hired him to do a rough in job last summer and he quoted me 50$/hr for the job. He shows up with a helper who is basically a gofur and charges me 50$/hr for each guy!! I called him several times and he only spoke with me once, gave me some BS about how a standard rough in job costs this much, and your's was in the ballpark etc etc. And furthermore, he left a test cap on a pipe inside my new floor which I had tiled after he told me the rough in was complete.
