Britt is absolutely amazing. I switched from a different physical therapy practice because I was being pushed toward back surgery and told I couldn't move. In the very first appointment, Britt encouraged me that my body was strong and made to move and then steadily worked towards the goal of getting back to life. She is eagle-eyed and very detailed oriented in the best of ways. Stewart's 's physical therapy is amazing. Britt got me from tinkling on myself for everything like sneezing etc. To now being able to control everything. I definitely recommend her. If you're having issues, she's amazing!
If you're pregnant, postpartum, or even considering pelvic floor physical therapy, I can't recommend Britt enough. I saw her throughout my pregnancy and continued seeing her after my C-section, and she made such a difference in my recovery. She taught me how to properly engage the right muscles and use correct body mechanics so I could protect my C-section scar and allow my body to heal without creating additional strain or injury.
