TERRIBLE place to work. Spent 3 hrs in an interview, being fed nothing but lies, and not one word backed up with an employee handbook. They spent more time tracking and running their techs past each other, than organizing things in any manner of logic. As long as I was as far from home as possible at the end of my day, they were happy. The first call out was always atleast a 2 hour drive, for which I received ZERO compensation, sans perhaps a mile or 5 reimbursement at 27 cents a mile, when I was told it would be 50.5 cents.... read more
I really do NOT like to leave negative reviews, but in this case, I had no choice. After reaching out to this company on several occasions through both our account rep and the CEO, we did not get any resolution to our service problem. They stuck us with a service contract that locked us in for 48 months on a copier in our Dallas office that we were only scheduled to be in for 24 months.
