Thomas and his crew were good at explaining what they were doing and what to expect. They handled all of my belongings carefully. The crew packed them really good, and they had even given me assurance that my items would be brought on the day I need them delivered! Not only were they careful, but they were fast with packing and unpacking. When it came time, Thomas also explained the documents to me as I have never done a military move. The pickup and delivery process was exceptional. I was able to work with the driver to schedule a date that coincided with my next house move in and he was there an hour and a half after I got my keys. The flexibility and hard work his team did was nothing short of phenomenal.

We had a wonderful experience! Huge kudos to our driver Brian especially for having an outstanding work ethic and being so careful with all our belongings. He was a true blessing to us in what can be such a stressful time. He made sure everything was well taken care of, down to the smallest detail.
