Our moving crew was amazing! On time, great communication, professional and friendly. Handled all of our things with care. Really made my mother feel secure with everything happening at our house for needed repairs, which has been quite stressful. She gave them all a hug and I took this picture because she was very pleased. We would highly recommend this company for all your storage and moving needs.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE for all that is goo and holy read this! We just recently had Stewart MS move us from Maryland and Hawaii and couldn’t more unsatisfied with their handling of our move. We had 3 locations and 14 crates of items packed and shipped by a team of 3. They were late by hours every day starting and wanted to work past 8pm every day. I typically don’t leave reviews unless services are rendered either extremely poorly or extremely wonderful. Unfortunately, in this situation, services were rendered extremely poorly. As far as a “professional moving company” is concerned this is the first time in either my husband‘s or my over 18 years of military service that we have received such poor service from a “professional moving company.” There were no precautions taken in my home, which, yes, we own, to be respectful or professional. This review is long overdue but absolutely necessary. The team that moved us was phenomenal. I am one of those “I never leave a review” people and I also believe there is always room for improvement so I’m hard pressed to give a perfect score. Not the case this time. Brandon, Robert, Brandon and Eloe (sp) performed like super heroes. They arrived on time, surveyed our space and immediately got to work.
