Thomas and his crew were good at explaining what they were doing and what to expect. They handled all of my belongings carefully. The crew packed them really good, and they had even given me assurance that my items would be brought on the day I need them delivered! We had a wonderful experience! Huge kudos to our driver Brian especially for having an outstanding work ethic and being so careful with all our belongings. He was a true blessing to us in what can be such a stressful time. He made sure everything was well taken care of, down to the smallest detail. Charles was truly great. It rained for the better part of the day and him and his crew took extra steps to ensure all my items were safe. I had thing in storage that was unopened from my last move and they took their time to rebox them for safety and also care up after they were done.
Desda, our coordinator, worked with me once before when we moved my son out of his apartment while hospitalized, and now to move him into independence. I appreciated the professionalism and concern for my home, while the moved furniture out destined for a new home. Stewart’s process protected the new apartment as they moved in furniture from a storage area as well. I highly recommend this group, and will consider them when it’s time for me to move.
