I'll get to the point. This was a military move. Most of my largest items are missing to include small items as well. On packing and shipping day they let an employee leave half way through packing, leaving 2 guys to do the rest of the packing and lifting. I had to help them pack the truck. They asked for my help. On receiving day, they forgot to assemble my dressers mirror, and of course I didn't receive a lot of my items. They are currently trying to track my crate, and I hope they do. I recommend using a different carrier... read more

Stewart Moving & Storage was great to work with in packing and moving our furniture from Florida to North Carolina. They were very caring and professional from the time I received a quote till I received my furniture, which I received within a week. All involved in the move were very courteous and respectful of our property. Just can not say enough about how pleasant they made this move!

Thanks for losing all the hardware for my furniture. Bending and scratching everything. On top of dropping my love seat because one guy tried to carry it alone. Can’t believe these guys get paid to do this. My headboard is broken, my dresser has deep scratches. My tv is buzzing and isn’t visible. A lot more stuff too.

We contacted Stewart Moving and Storage for a quote. A gentleman came to our house, he was very professional and advised us how long the move would take and what we would expect during the move. He later visited our new property and said because the entrance to the house was narrow, smaller trucks would be used. A coordinator got in touch prior the move and kept in touch to make sure everything was going smoothly. We were told the first day would be packing up our belongings. Literally the best pack out we’ve ever experienced. The gentleman (Vla*****) who packed all of our items was extremely professional. I had a phenomenal time working with the crew I was provided, I Had Chris, Thomas and Adam on the first day to pack and load, reasonably quick and efficient making sure to label the boxes clearly on what the room was and most of what they contained. When I received the truck on the other end I Had Chris and Thomas again but John as the driver instead, Adam went on holiday, and had my whole house off the truck in close to 2 hours, everything was in one piece even most of my Legos were completely intact.
