Bought a home Stewart Montgomery renovated in Carolina Place. He made promises to fix the items needed that were clearly lack of attention and low quality so we decided to close - then post closing he just walked away. Not a builder to trust and showed low integrity. Fortunately, I had a fantastic realtor who helped me get those things done post closing. Would not recommend.
