My daughter and son-in-law were trying to get a mobile home for the lot that they currently are financing. The salesperson showed them a couple of homes and they decided on a home that and the salesperson drew up the paperwork and had a GFE and supposedly they were preapproved. One of the requirements was that the financing include paying of the current mortgage on the lot and rolling that into the financing. This was all included in the GFE.
