Moved from Elmwood to Stewart,different name same waste of time, told I need medically controlled pain killers,but need to see a doctor to discuss, 22/07/2025 today told 14/08/2025 for an appointment are you serious!!! This is such a great GP practice. The reception staff are really welcoming and efficient - and super helpful on the phone. The nursing team are great - particularly Lucy - she is absolutely brilliant and always puts me at ease. Have been impressed with all the GPs I have seen so far too - particularly Dr Hayes who was lovely and understanding as she walked me through HRT options last week.
I am not a resident but when I went in today they not only greeted me with warmth they registered me as a visitor. With an hour I had been seen by a doctor and fixed up by a nurse. They are so good, kind and helpful. Thank you all so much for caring Stuart Graham
So impressed with the surgery. Been a patient since 2023 and making an appointment has always been simple and stress free, and the care superb. Had an issue recently where a prescription hadn’t come through to the pharmacy. I was due to go away the next day and it was sorted straight away by the great reception team, who are always friendly and welcoming. Thanks to all! 👍
