I've been Dr. Kaskel's patients for over 30 years. He's one of the few remaining sole practitioners here in Boca Raton and is a gem. If you're sick you will have to go in to the office but same day is never a problem as a patient. Try to find that kind of service anywhere else. You're not required to become a concierge patient to get a phone call back that day if you have an urgent issue. His staff is excellent. If you are a new patient don't bother making an appointment. They will give you a run around and will keep canceling the appointments for various reasons. It seems that they don't want any new patients.

I'm going to start off by saying something that was repeated to me in the Urgent Care clinic this morning; "It's been 2.5 years, see your patients! " After testing negative at home for covid I called the next morning to schedule a same day appointment. I wanted to make sure I didn't have an infection or strep throat or tonsillitis ect. The secretary who acted as if she's the one with a medical degree instructed me that I needed to go to CVS to get a PCR test and rambled off some talking points about covid symptoms.
