Took16 months AFTER headstone was ordered in 2023 to finally get set. Excuses, excuses then no return calls, several opportunities to have a memorial service at graveside passed. Then sales person said we dont have enough help. Then in Feb 2025 sales person indicated supplier didn't send base. Can't place headstone when ground is frozen but then she said 'the guys' are out today. I asked why? Terrible, terrible, terrible. Ordered two headstones in 2023. Took 14 months for one and 17 months for the second. Multiple phone calls ignored. When I did reach them, excuses, excuses, excuses. The business is owned by Huton Funeral Home and they were not much help, either. I will NEVER use them again.
