Unfortunately, our experience after the sale was disappointing. Issues arose that required our involvement to resolve, despite expecting these matters to be handled professionally by the agency. When we reached out to discuss the situation, the response from Sarah lacked understanding and accountability, and the communication was unnecessarily confrontational. Overall, the post-sale handling and level of professionalism fell short of expectations.
They are just terrible. Never ever answer calls, we had a listing with them for sale and I got my friend to call them as a dummy client and no replies with multiple msgs left for albury house of ours. They were even sent an offer which they didn't share with me. Shouldn't be in real estate business with such poor communitcation
