The job took about three hours, which seemed reasonable given the extensive water damage they needed to address. It's been a week since their visit and there hasn't been any sign of residual moisture or related issues.

The cleanup took three days, which seemed appropriate given the extent of the smoke and soot damage throughout the living room and kitchen. A week later, everything remains in good condition, and there has been no lingering odor.

A small fire caused enough smoke damage to the kitchen and adjacent rooms that the restoration team worked three days washing every surface and using specialist equipment to remove the remaining scents. They performed a good job and made the house much more habitable but we did had to have an additional visit to take care of some leftover soot in hard to reach locations.
