I would not recommend this place, their customer service is not good at all. My daughter scheduled an appointment for her new retainer, it took them three visits to get it right. Then, according to them, she missed an appointment that she never confirmed, she was told there would be a $60 missed appointment charge, when we got the bill, the charge was for over $360. So, their time is valuable but not our time. We tried to see a payment plan, but they refused to help. We will never go back to them.
