Service is good, but reaching the woman in the office is next to impossible for scheduling or to make a payment. Every time I call she is either off work entirely or has gone home. Today they said she worked until 3:00 everyday but it was 2:45 and she had already left. Please find a way to allow payments to be made online.
I've bought a lot of stuff over the years from this company. Several septic tanks, piping, well covers and always spoke with respectful people until this morning. Jay or Jack or something like that was a complete jurk, disrespectful and just lost my business
