Eddie Gilstrap Motors quoted my mom $8,000 for a new transmission for a 2017 Ford Fusion that had no indication that the transmission was going out. We wanted a second opinion so we had her car towed to Stewart's and after a few days they figured out the problem and fixed it for $563. Thank you for taking your time to find the problem and treating my mother right. You've earned our business for years to come and we will refer everyone to you guys.
These people were great! I was worried that my transmission was dying and I would have a big bill and an even bigger headache. They tested everything and took it for a drive and found out that I was just low on fluid. If I need anything for my car worked on, Stewart is the place I would call first.
I just moved back to Salem last week help family. It’s been a very hectic time for me to say the least. This morning my car didn’t start, I was very overwhelmed! I called Stewart’s and spoke to Steven just before 8 AM. I was fortunate it only needed a new battery, but with everything else I have going on I really needed my car back quickly. Steven and his mechanic's had it ready for pickup before noon! I’m so grateful and I’m definitely going to be back when the need arises!
