They don't bill the insurance correctly. You go in for a yearly diabetic eye exam and they bill it as diagnostic as if you are having an issue. When Insurance pays 100% on yearly exams. When you try and tell them what your insurance company stated they argue with you. Will not be going back.

I had Doctor Matthew Nickel work on my eye I had cataracts really bad I can't believe how good I can see even right after the surgery I've had the very minimum of pain if any at all I can't wait for him to do my other eye WOOHOO I can see so good it's like having New eyes THANK YOU SO MUCH DOCTOR NICKELL
First ophthalmologist visit and I was not sure what to expect due to my neurologist insisting I go. The visit went very well. Alisha (sp?) who walked me through my testing and eye dilation was phenomenal. Very patient, kind, had a sense of humor, understood that I laugh when nervous and she was just so sweet and remained professional. Explained each step and what it's for! Great service. Dr. Nickell was also very thorough when discussing my results and did not rush through. I am actually excited for my follow up appt.
