I called five days before my appointment to cancel due to a schedule change on my part. I left message that I needed to cancel my appointment and to have someone please call me back so I could reschedule. I have done this four or five times in the last four or five days, no one calls back. No one answers the phone and I keep getting the automated emails about time to check in for my appointment. Dr. Adams is very personable, friendly and knowledgeable. He takes the time to get to know his patients and their health issues. His staff are excellent at their jobs and go out of their way to make sure your needs are taken care of. I had a bit of a wait, about ~35mins at my follow up appointment. He apologized for the wait right away. Dr. Adams and his staff are worth the wait I promise! He did a fantastic job at removing my tonsils. Dr Stewart He take care of your ears and cure your ears.He is the best ENT I have been to i have been to all of Dayton's ENT'S and they are not worth the time. Don't waste your money to go to a ENT in Dayton or the surrounding area.
5 stars! I cannot recommend Dr Adam’s enough. I was suffering with TMJ causing hearing loss, headaches and dizziness. He was able to fit me in right away, did a thorough examination, took the time to answer all questions, reviewed my options with me and helped me make the best decision for my health. Excellent supporting staff who made me feel like I was their only patient.
My son has always had a problem where his ears are always full of more wax than the average kids his age and Dr. Adam took great care of him and we couldn’t be more pleased!
