Horrible business. Service is terrible. Service/call center is off shore not in the USA. No one at the off shore service/call center can connect you to someone at the company directly in Mt Laurel. All local numbers answer with a recording to leave a message. Tried to speak with someone in IT and service center has NO OPTION to do that. ZERO STARS

This may be the worst company that we have delt with in the nearly thirty (30) years of dealing with business related companies. They broke our copier and then just left us hanging. No calls, no emails. They simply ignored us. I would go back to using ditto paper before I hired this company.

I should have known! Their customer support SUCKS after the sale. Been trying to contact them for 2-3 weeks with a service request and 1) their support is overseas, 2) when I finally reached a local Rep, he tried telling me I didn't have a contract. I forwarded a copy and never heard back!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Read the reviews and proceed at your own risk.

My company left xerox because the machines were CONSTANTLY broken and the repair team was unqualified. We are now stuck paying a service contract on a machine that is unusable! We were not offered any solution in regards to the top dollar we were spending with unusable machines. DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH XEROX!!

Horrible company. I cant get out of the contract. 1 and a half years... emails, phone calls etc... wasting tons of my time.... complete idiots. ... really zero stars
