This is my 3rd one star review for this horrendous company. My contract expired on 05/31/26, I no longer have the copier/printer. Here it is September and I am still receiving past due invoices and meter reading requests. I have sent numerous emails telling at least half the company that my contract is expired. It is apparent that no one at this company can do anything right!! I will never use this company and I hope no one else does either! I do not recommend this company at all. Buyer beware!!
Communication and anticipation to set us up with MFP printers was acceptable up to the point that we received the devices. Afterwards, printer setup was extremely problematic with short-tempered local points of contact. Majority of communication since has been with offshore email groups where we rarely get timely responses. This has to be one of the worst companies to deal with. Ever since Xerox transferred all machines to Stewart we have had nothing but problems. I have been a Xerox customer for over 30 years and have never had so many problems. I have three machines down due to no toner. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever experienced in all my years of printing. Zero support, no call backs and now they want to implement a 15% increase. Worst company EVER!
Stay away!! Contract with a different company!!
Horrible business. Service is terrible. Service/call center is off shore not in the USA. No one at the off shore service/call center can connect you to someone at the company directly in Mt Laurel. All local numbers answer with a recording to leave a message. Tried to speak with someone in IT and service center has NO OPTION to do that. ZERO STARS
