I had a very bad experience with stewardship they came into my apartment without a 24 hour notice or phone call saying hey I am on my way over in an hour or so they had to keep fixing the same thing over and over again because they don’t know how to fix anything right the first time and then they said they allow ESA pets witch I had my dog ESA and they knew about that since day one I moved it and when my lease was almost up I called to try to renew it and they said no because my apartment was a mess and they took pictures of... read more
I’m very happy with the way everything was fixed today and in a timely manner
Josh was awesome. Walked me through everything he was doing because I was clueless. Super friendly and gets the job done. Went above and beyond. Walked in with a smile on his face.
Had an issue with some running water and Josh was able to get it fixed quickly, can't thank him enough!
I am very happy with Stewardship. The maintenence team and owner worked hard to get us a new fridge for our apartment. They went above expectations. I will not rent from anyone else but Stewardship.
