I went in for a routine annual physical and when they sent my bloodwork to the lab, they got a bunch of tests done that I did not consent to. All I asked them to do were screening tests covered by my insurance and now I have to pay for all these tests that I did not approve. I’m really disappointed by this experience. Also, the staff that handles the insurance through common spirit do a terrible job of submitting claims correctly.
Dr. Donaldson is fantastic!
Time for a new doctor, everytime I come the wait is at least an hour before they see me. Stop overbooking patients
