They don’t answer the phone for days on end because they take 8 hour lunch breaks. I stopped seeing them for this reason. 2 years later they still don’t answer the phone and when I finally reached someone they told me I needed to come in person to collect my own medical records. This clinic is incredibly unserious. They literally don’t care.
Don’t get your blood drawn here. I’ve had multiple blood tests before and this was the first place that couldn’t get it done. First arm was a no go, second arm they couldn’t make it work, and went back to the first one. I was originally super stoked about this place, as the doctor was invested and seemed to care about my personal health. Very friendly and willing to listen to my health concern
Great experience, felt heard and cared about. Care was prompt and thorough. I've always been anxious about doctors, and this was the first time I felt good as I left. Thank you so much to the team at the Murray office. Reading prior reviews, it looks like a lot of changes were made within the last year. The team called me back within 24 hours when I left a VM regarding an appt and everyone was very friendly and helpful.
I absolutely love Morgan McKee ! I’ve had some issues with the office communication and the patient portal but Morgan makes it worth it.
