Would rate lower if I could. AWFUL experience, rude staff, unhelpful support, and inconsiderate doctors. They closed two of their offices without notifying patients and assumed they would somehow show up for appointments at the new location. I've been a patient with SMG for over 3 years now and they refused to give me a referral for specialists that I was ALREADY referred to by my last PCP (who WORKED AT SMG?!?!). I pulled a muscle in my back and made a telehealth appt (yesterday). I am in a ton of pain. The woman who made my appt advised that I need to change my PCP with my health ins and so I did. The next day (today) they called me just before my appt to register me and then told me they couldn’t see me because I still had a Dr listed as my pcp that was no longer in their office/network (she moved to NH in February). Sad they never send my prescription to my pharmacy the pharmacy said they don't have any proof of any medication they fax and fax and nothing why me I'm not done nothing wrong my pharmacy still waiting and waiting how sad.
