Greg told me it was super busy, and day one in that it may be a little while before he could get to me. But he came well recommended then we were in no hurry. He got out to sooner than we could have hoped, and did a wonderful job installing our tankless propane water heater. He also helped us fill out the forms for the Ohio rebate program and we got $300 back from the state. Thanks so much.
