Personal very kind and respectful. Installations clean and pretty accesible.
The owner wife is very rude and hard to deal with. I'm never late with my rent, but get a smart mouth from her every time. For two months my apartment had a water leak that was not my fault, was suppose to get reimbursed but never did. A few days ago the ceiling fan fell on my leg while I was sleep, and his wife act like she didn't give a care in the world. But if someone else at fault about anything(big or small) she quick to mail out a bill, but never fully correct they mistake. She has poor customer services. She will not... read more
