Please find a new doctor! Everything went downhill when Dr. Goodman left. By the way, I received no call, no email, nothing that she was even leaving. I could've planned accordingly, but no! Its been months and I still can't get a hold of someone on the phone for a simple refill. Now I have to take my chances with driving 30 minutes to the office, IF they're even open. I'm not joking when I say I need this prescription in order to function normally at work. I'm pretty much at my wits end here.
Impossible to get ahold of. I have called so many times. I called a few days before my appointment trying to verify the address since they have multiple. I made an appointment 6 months out, day of I am struggling to find the office. I am calling, calling, leaving voicemails then finally their system shuts off that the office is closed at like 4:15 pm. Staff was great and I loved Dr Kennedy. Felt beyond comfortable. She answered all and every question and concern. Will highly recommend.
They never answer the phone. They randomly decide to not refill my medication which I need and have withdrawals without. Terrible ever since Dr. Goodman left.
They NEVER answer the phone. Been trying to make an appt for my wife for a month. Guess I'll have to go there in person. POOR service
