Incredibly rude & unprofessional. I went with my mother and was astonished at the behavior of the front desk staff all the way to Dr. Watts. Despicable that so many elderly are treated poorly. The owners of this facility need to take a closer look first hand at the demeanor and skill level of the individuals working at and practicing here.
My experience was not very pleasant with this office. I went due to palpitations of my heart and I was placed on monitor for 48 hours. After the 48 hrs I returned the monitor to their office and a week later no one had called me to tell me the results. After I called already upset on the wait the Doctor called me and told everything seemed ok and we will go into details on todays (12/23/21), appointment, and possibly place a new monitor for 2 more weeks.
