The two times I had an oil change scheduled, they were running two hours behind. One of the times they said it wouldn't be done that day, why have an appt then? My jeep is also under warranty but service was super rude and acted like I wasn't hearing things correctly...kept questioning me and then looked at my husband and said are you hearing that noise.
