I have been a customer for several years and received good service, however, recently I’ve experienced delays in the service department. Today I had an 11:30 appointment for an oil change but, when I arrived, I was told it would be a 90 minute wait. Maybe just a bad day and I’ve re-scheduled for 7/31. We’ll see how it goes.
