I have always had a decent sales experience at this dealership. Unfortunately, my experience with their service department has been very lackluster. To be honest, almost all car dealerships have poorly operated and managed service departments. Damn I wish I would have read the reviews first. Stevenson THREE STARS IS NOT GOOD! I cannot blame your service department for the poor luck of buying a 24 Tacoma that literally died in the intersection W 3500 ish miles. BUT TO HAVE SUCH SHITTY RUDE AND IRRESPONSIBLE SERVICE… from the wait while NO-ONE acknowledged our presence apon arrival to the ZERO FOLLOW UP UNLESS I CALLED OVER 24 hours later!!! Alex was Phenomenal!!! He provided exceptional customer service, exceeding my expectations and accommodating my specific need. I had caught a nail in one of my tires and arrived at the service department as a walk-in 30 minutes before its closing time. Throughout the interaction, I was treated with warmth, respect, and a genuine sense of welcome. The customer service provided was truly exceptional.

I love Reese in the parts department. He came up with a very creative solution to help me get my Toyota back on the road faster and it saved the business Toyota because I would’ve had to go buy shitty park somewhere else to afford everything I needed. Thank you, Reese. You’re a little gem of a human and I appreciate it. I hope this comes back to your three fold Buddy.
