Josh was absolutely wonderful. Very helpful in getting the repairs done for my vehicle. Appreciated his great communication and honesty.
Went here for my manufacture scheduled service for an 11:30 appointment. Arrived at 11:20 and sat in line for over 20 minutes before I asked what the wait was. I was told it was "long" so ended up leaving. When I asked the guy why they were so backed up he told me they had a lot of walk ins. I'm not sure why they allow walk ins when they can't even service those that have a scheduled appointment. Ended up driving 20 minutes each way to not have any work done. Run away from this service department if you value your time or vehicle. This is not the same department of old. They’ve made the decision to keep booking tons of customer appts and deliver a terrible experience rather than cut back appts to a manageable level where they can perform to expectations. Expect 3 hour waits with an appt and poor service since techs are being pressured to turn over cars quickly.
Two hour oil changes! Then they didn’t bolt the oil pan access panel back right. Hanging down a week later. Bolt missing. Another two hours for a freaking bolt??!!
I paid extra for the next level of oil change which included tire rotation, top off fluids, inspections, etc. I spoke to the service advisor about making sure 3 things were done, check brake pads, rotate tires, & test battery. He added an extra 30 min to the scheduled time to do A Special Battery Test that takes extra time. I was lied to by the service advisor about work that was supposed to be done, but I Proved it wasn't, battery not tested, brake fluid and others not topped off, not sure about tire rotation?
