I had a Prius that I had serviced here for 7 years without any issues. I always had great service. They recommended appropriate services, even used to wash and vacuum out your car when you brought it in for service. I've been a faithful customer since around 2013 and was always very happy with the service I got here. I recently had an extremely frustrating experience at Stevinson Toyota in Golden when attempting to return a wheel lock for my Lexus RX 350. After buying the part based on a guess—since these locks are all quite similar—I quickly realized it didn’t fit. This location is about an hour’s drive from where I live, so I couldn’t return it immediately. It's like a toy store for Adults! I was extremely impressed when I went in to purchase a few oil filters. The staff were friendly and they provide a nice arrangement of parts!
