There is a reason that this service center has a 3.4 star average review. They have no respect for their customers or their time. It may also be a competence issue, but at any rate don't waste your time coming here. An appt was made over the phone, the reason for the appt was clearly explained, and after waiting for said appt they said they cannot do what they had scheduled the appt for because the appt has to be done with a senior tech before 3pm. Super frustrating and terrible customer service.
Brought my Camry Hybrid in for alignment. Brad & Jeremy took care of it & made sure it was done correctly. Thanks so much guys!!
