This place is an absolute scam. I took BOTH of my vans to Stevenson Toyota East for oil change and tire rotation, and they charged me for new air filters on both — but didn’t even install them. I checked myself and saw the old filters still in place. That’s not just lazy — that’s straight-up dishonest. I don't recommend this place to anyone. Terrible Experience – Avoid This Place!
Worst customer service. Waited several hours before starting on my car, even though I dropped it off at 8am for a simple service. Then the service rep, Joshua, sent me to the wrong drop off location in a Lyft and then sent a pickup Lyft to the wrong address twice. On top of that, no one would pick up a phone (I called several times), and then when Joshua called me an hour later, he gave me attitude. I won’t be back, nor do I recommend this place to others.
